By subscribing to any of our services or purchasing our products, our clients and customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Late payments would cause cancellation of service without any prior notice.
• DynaTech Solutions does not develop, design or host any Web site that contains pornographic materials, encourages crime and creates or spreads hate in the society. DynaTech Solutions reserves the right to remove without any prior notice any Web site from its servers that violates the conditions set in this clause.
• DynaTech Solutions strongly discourages e-mail spamming. Any e-mail account and/or Web site that was found involved in sending unsolicited e-mails to the recepients against their wish, may be removed from the server without any prior notice. MassMailing software that we may provide to our customers is only for legitimate use in accordance with the applicable laws.
• DynaTech Solutions makes no warranties, explicit or implicit, about the services or the products they offer. DynaTech Solutions' liability for whatsoever reasons it might be is limited to one month's hosting charges paid by the customer.
• Using DynaTech Solutions' facilities for storage, display or transmission of any material that is in violation of any Canadian federal or provincial law, statute or court order is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material and material legally judged to be threatening, offensive or obscene.
• All legal disputes will be dealt with by the courts having jurisdiction over the area where the DynaTech Solutions has its principal offices i.e. City of Toronto, Ontario Canada.
